My sleep got interrupted because of my stuff nose. Had to wake up several time to blow it. I hate it when this happens, especially when I needed my rest the most.

I woke up early to finish up some work, hoping to get inspired. I even had several inspirations during my interrupted sleep. Not too bad eh? I thought to myself that maybe I should just focus on a solid idea instead of trying to submit several entries and hoping that I would get short listed again like previous competition, which was nothing to shout about since my designs were pretty normal compared to some others. Oh well.

It’s 8.06am alright and I’m still worried about how am I supposed to get to class later. I desperately need my lecturer’s advice before I could put down my final design. Sigh.

Wished I had a chauffeur to drive me around.

Few days back, I knew there was something wrong with the car’s tire but didn’t expect it to wear out. I was on my way to the Curve this evening to catch my friend’s music performance. Today supposed to be his first show and I was hoping to drop by to support. Half way on the road, few kilometers after Taman Connaught’s RM0.50 toll, I heard a loud noise coming from the back of the car. At first I thought it was the car door that didn’t shut properly. But when I look closer, I noticed some strip of rubber underneath the tire and I thought it might have stuck on the tire and causes the sound. To my horror the tire were tearing apart!!!!

Called dad and he told me to drive home the car slowly. Obviously he was upset. I had no choice but to make a U-turn back home. I was so disturbed by the loud noise coming from the back of the car. I felt like I was sitting in a train. It was THAT LOUD! Every motorcyclist that passed me gave me a stare and I was so embarrassed.

I made several calls along the way, but luckily my friend, Suresh, was on his way back from Uni. He dropped by to help me out with the tire but we failed to change the tire. So he had to drive behind me all the way home. I felt so bad because we spend nearly 2 hours on the road, including the waiting time figuring how to change the tire.

This was how the tire look like when I got home. Dad made a sarcastic remark toward Suresh that the bumper would cost RM3k to repair.

Oh, what a day… But I really thank God that I have good friends who are there for me. Tomorrow I got to figure out how am I supposed to get to class.

Am banging my head on the wall trying to find some source of inspiration for my upcoming Malaysian Footwear Design Competition (MFDC). Deadline on the 15th next week.

Cooked pasta in the pot and a pile of mess laying on my working table. Obviously I was too lazy to drive out to get some food and I do not have the luxury of having a maid to cook for me. I wished I had.
