2.108km in 25 minutes.
I decided to take it easy today because today gonna mark the first day of my training for my upcoming 20km run. Man, I so don’t want to regret signing up for this. The most I’ve done so far was only 12km and now am adding an additional 8km to it.
I hope I’m able to pull it through.
The other thing I’m planning to do is to go on an healthy diet. I gonna stick with plain water and carrot in the morning, packed sandwich for lunch. And I will go easy for dinner. Will see how far this will take me.
Oh, not to mention. A minimum of 20 minutes work out on theĀ treadmillĀ on a daily basis. Preferably in the morning before heading to school. Now how does that sound? ![]()
